Tour2Holiday · Perth CBD hotels (3 listed)
A three-day coach trip from Perth to Kalbarri and back, with two nights in a hotel, the gorges and sea cliffs of Kalbarri National Park, the Pink Lake at Hutt Lagoon and the Pinnacles on the way home. Pick it if one long day for one desert feels like poor value and you want the coast beyond it.

Kalbarri is about 590 km and six hours north of Perth, too far for a day, and this trip turns the whole coast into one loop. Day one runs up past the Lancelin dunes and Cervantes to the leaning trees near Greenough and Northampton, then sunset at Pot Alley on the Kalbarri cliffs. Day two is the national park: Nature's Window, the Skywalk, Z Bend, then Castle Cove and Natural Bridge on the coast and sunset at Red Bluff.
The Skywalk is two platforms that jut 25 m and 17 m out over the rim of the Murchison River gorge, more than 100 m above the water. Z Bend looks 150 m down into the same gorge. On day three you stop at Hutt Lagoon, the Pink Lake by Port Gregory, coloured by an alga that makes beta-carotene. The listing includes drone photos there. Then Dongara, Jurien Bay and the Pinnacles in the afternoon, and Perth in the evening.
Read the inclusions carefully. Two nights at the Kalbarri Palm Resort (three-star) or similar are included, possibly in Geraldton if Kalbarri is full, plus transport, a guide in English and Chinese, park fees and one bottle of water a day. Meals are not included, and two extras are paid in cash: a Nature's Window sunrise (about A$60) and stargazing (about A$70). Luggage is one suitcase up to 20 kg plus a carry-on.
